Our Process
A fully controlled metallurgical journey transforming segregated scrap into certified high-purity non-ferrous metals.
Incoming domestic scrap and import containers undergo digital weighbridge verification, manual sorting, and magnet checks to eliminate contaminants.
Batches are charged into 1,150°C reverberatory furnaces. Specialized fluxing and slag skimming remove dissolved gases and oxide inclusions for optimal recovery.
Molten metal passes continuously through a 5-wheel casting machine and a 14-stand tandem rolling mill with precision emulsion cooling.
Every melt is verified on SPECTROMAX OES, UTM tensile tester, and IACS meter before QR-tagging and dispatch directly to customer bay.
